Stilo
Stilo is an AI-powered journal that learns more about you the more you write in it. This allows you to explore your entries further and chart a path towards personal growth. Created internally by the Input Logic team, we had the opportunity to be our own clients and leverage our product skills to develop a valuable tool that can enhance the quality of life for its users. Currently, Stilo is accessible as a web app.

Building the Stilo brand
When iterating on the brand, we aimed for our designs to evoke a sense of calm. The world of mindfulness can sometimes lean toward either feeling lackluster and low on energy, or excessively bold. As a digital journal, we were certain from the start that it should have a light, effortless, and soothing feel, while also igniting a touch of curiosity, motivation, and a feeling of potential.
Soft expression and an easy, lightweight interface
Stilo's brand is focused on using a palette of soft greens, purples, and other pastel tones. The type system allows for some expression when Stilo responds & for display uses, while using a clean and easy-to-read typeface for writing. The user interface is minimal to reduce overwhelm when working through challenging tasks or processing thoughts.
More than just journalling
While you could of course simply use the tool to just write, Stilo's superpower shows when users tap "Go Deeper". This prompts a response from Stilo, using context from both the current entry and every entry before, drawing parallels, sensing patterns and speaking from a place of better understanding. From within your settings, users can tailor the tone of voice and way it responds. Going beyond asking probing questions and digging deeper, Stilo also provides resources such as book suggestions and quotes to add context and offer next steps for your sessions.
